Shipping methods by Air Freight
Shipping costs would depend on quantity purchased. You can check the freight quoted online – different courier shipping charges as reference. If you wish to send it with different forwarder, please come to us and we will check out an accurate charges for you.

Shipping methods by Sea Freight We only recommend our clients to take this way for volume goods over 100KGs, also over 30days delivery time to be allowed.
- Return Policies:
We provide 30days warranty for all the products from the day you receive the goods, other than there is a specify product's warranty, please refer to its product details.
All claim must be made in writing with picture attached within 30days from the goods arrival day in case any trouble. We will respond for part replacement, product exchanged, but no refund policy, and the back and forth shipping cost are borne by the buyer. We will fully help with the technical support at any time.
Any product(s) that has been damaged as a result of accident, abuse, misuse, natural or personal disaster, or any unauthorized disassemble, repair or modification will not be covered.
Shipping damages: All packages are inspected before shipping to ensure they are in good condition. If you receive a damaged package, please note the problem when signing the receipt and inform both Uniarcade Limited and the freight carrier. All claims must be made within two (2) days of delivery. Keep all boxes and packaging until further advised.
If you have received an item and you think it is defective, please contact technical support before making a complaint. All products manufactured by are thoroughly tested before being shipped. To date, we have never recieved a non-working return. But we do know that it's possible for problems to occur and want to exhaust all possibilities before we, or our customers, incurr any unnecessary expenses.
